Prepare the Honey Pepper Glaze:
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, red chili flakes, and garlic powder. This will be your marinade for the chicken.
Cook the Chicken:
Place the chicken in a dish and pour the honey pepper glaze over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
After marinating, coat the chicken with a mixture of flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and slice.
Boil the Pasta:
In a large pot, boil salted water and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Creamy Pasta Sauce:
In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, bell peppers, and spinach to the sauce.
Toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and Garnish:
Dish out the pasta onto plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
